I have created this blog to help my players better understand the most important aspects of their baseball swings. I hope that this site will be used as a learning tool and reference page for them and others.
Almost all information on this site has been collected from others. One important thing as a coach is to not reinvent the wheel, instead borrow as many things as you can from other great coaches and teachers to assist your athletes in becoming the best players they can be.
